Mail Forwarding Service Terms and Conditions

The purpose of the Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. (hereinafter the “Firm”) mail forwarding service is to provide Clients with a means of receiving business correspondence. The Firm will not accept delivery of packages, parcels, crates or pallets. We will accept overnight delivery of business correspondence. There is a surcharge of $25.00 per item for the receipt of packages weighing 10 pounds or less.Packages larger than 10 pounds cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Any mail received for a Client with the Firm’s mail forwarding service will be promptly forwarded to Client provided the mail forwarding service has been paid in advance and there is adequate postage on deposit, otherwise, mail will be returned to sender. Any mail that cannot be, for whatever reason, returned to sender, shall be destroyed by the Firm.

Initially, a Client provides the Firm the address where mail is to be forwarded. Any changes to the Client provided mail forwarding address must be in writing and a $25 change fee must be paid in advance. Special requests made by Clients relating to the Client’s mail forwarding service must be in writing and additional charges will be determined by the Firm and paid in advance by Client. The Firm does not provide credit privileges for any mail forwarding services.

As it relates to the Firm’s mail forwarding service, in no event shall the Firm, including, without limitation, its agents, contractors, employees and affiliates, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or income, whether or not the Firm had knowledge that such damage might be incurred. The Firm will not be liable for, nor will any adjustment, refund or credit of any kind be given as a result of, any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation or any failure to provide information.
